French Edwardian 18ct rose gold Ruby and Diamond chandelier earrings

A stunning pair of Edwardian 18ct rose gold Ruby and diamond drop earrings, indistinct marks, likely French in origin- I think marked with an Owl but hallmark rubbed. These are a flower subject, the gold region being the flower head with a waterfall of stunning Rubies and Diamonds acting as the stamen

Hallmark as above, likely French in origin, white metal not tested but considered most likely Platinum.

Total drop length from top of the flower head; 42mm, the earrings posts sit some 4mm from the top so there will be nice coverage on the lobe
Earring width; 18mm at its widest
Diamonds; 1-2mm and larger old eight cut diamond 2-2.5mm within the articulated strands
Total carat weight in situ (spread) 1.50ct
Each ruby measures 2-3mm of which all are just stunning colour!
This is such a stunning design, beautiful fine detail
Each strand of Rubies and Diamonds are fully articulated, each stone, these look fabulous when worn and are a very high quality earring. The time and care of handmaking these earrings is just superb

Good condition, minimal signs commensurate of age. All diamonds original to the earrings. These are for pierced ears only
